I've recently found out that about six of my books (and thousands of others's books) have been 'hoovered' up off the internet by META and used to program an AI writing program. No permission was given by the authors, no recompense received. To Commander Zuckerschmuck and META, I am just a serf of the web. The concept does creep me out a bit. It's a little like stealing someone's DNA to create something in the lab. Or like the super wealthy creeps like Gates sowing the skies with chemtrails which eventually fall from the sky and get in our food, water, hair, blood.
One counter ritual involves handing over the silicon substrate to a preschooler and then sending them outside to play during mud season. Actually neutralizing the substrate by physically smashing with rock or hatchet and physically losing in a bog or mud puddle. Pissing on it before you bury it is ineffective but is satisfying and classy.
